Refund policy

We accept merchandise returns within 15 days from the date of receipt, for unused products in their original packaging provided that the items are in the same condition as when delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must also be deemed saleable by us upon inspection.

If we determine that the returned product is not in a saleable condition or is not in the same condition as when delivered, we reserve the right to refuse the return and provide no refund.

For all returns, a restocking fee of at least 25% of the original purchase price will be charged. We may charge a higher restocking fee depending on the condition of the returned product.

The purchaser is responsible for the transportation costs associated with returning the product to our facilities, except in cases of even exchanges or when the product is received in a damaged condition. Please note that the original shipping and/or delivery fee is non-refundable.

The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom Orders:

Custom orders are made to your individual specifications and, therefore, are not eligible for return or exchange.

“As-Is”, "Like-New", "Open Box", “Final Sales”, And "Gently Used Staging Items":

The above items are sold in “as-is” condition and are generally sold at a generous discount and, therefore, are not returnable. Such sales are considered “final sale”.

REFUNDS Your refund will be sent to the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item to process the refund. The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus the original delivery fee, and any applicable restocking, return shipping, and/or delivery fees.
