Gently Used Staging Items

You acknowledge and agree that we provide gently used staging products ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from or related to your use of these products. We do not offer returns or refunds for gently used staging items.

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards, and all transactions are secure. Note that all prices on our site are listed in USD.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver products within the specified timeframe, but delivery times may vary based on location and product availability. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process. Please note that some items may be shipped directly from our suppliers and could take longer to arrive. Moreover, if you have ordered multiple items together, they may not arrive in the same box. We recommend allowing 1 to 3 weeks for delivery, depending on your zip code. House of Sleek is not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages and will not replace packages under these circumstances.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 15 day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please take note that a 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items. We do not provide refunds for any shipping costs incurred. We do not offer refunds or returns for gently used staging items. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for detailed information on the process and any applicable fees.

6. Product Information and Warranty

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, colors and dimensions may vary slightly. Products may also come with manufacturer warranties, details of which will be provided with the product.
