House of Sleek - Shipping Information:


We aim to deliver products within the specified timeframe, but delivery times may vary based on location and product availability. We ship throughout the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Each order is packed with love, so please allow 1 to 3 weeks for your order to be processed, packed, and delivered. Our standard shipping time is usually within one week of placing an order. However, the shipping time for furniture orders may vary depending on your location. Please note that some items may be sent directly from our suppliers and may take longer to arrive. Additionally, if you order multiple items together, they may not arrive in the same box. Please note House of Sleek is not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages and will not replace packages under these circumstances.

Prior To Delivery

Please make a note of the following information. You will receive a confirmation phone call, text, and/or email 2 - 3 days before the scheduled delivery date. The confirmation will include a 3-hour delivery window. You must respond to one of the messages to confirm your appointment. To ensure a smooth delivery, please take the following steps:
- Make sure that your driveway and sidewalks are clear and safe before the delivery team arrives. If the area is not clear, the delivery team will not be able to complete the delivery.
- Make sure your new furniture will fit in the space where you want to place it by measuring the space it will occupy.
- Clear the placement area and make a pathway from the point of entry to the placement area. The delivery team will not move any existing furniture.
- Notify the Scheduling Team of any unique features of the delivery site, such as stairs, elevators, narrow doorways, tight corners, banisters, or access restrictions like steep driveways, narrow streets, gate codes, guard check-in, etc. If there is a distance of more than 50 feet from the loading zone to the point of entry, please let them know.
- If any permits, COI's, HOA authorizations, vaccine requirements, or special permissions are required to deliver to the property, it is your responsibility to arrange for them before delivery. Please discuss any additional charges that may be incurred due to site factors in advance.

On Delivery Day


Your Delivery Team will give you a call to inform you when they are on their way. It is required that an adult of 18 years or older be present to receive your delivery. Please make sure to carefully examine your order upon delivery and report any damage to the Delivery Team. If there is any damage, the Delivery Team will make a note of it on your delivery receipt and coordinate with our staff to resolve the issue.


Canceled, Rescheduled, or Missed Deliveries

Please note that any reschedules made after your delivery time frame has been scheduled will incur a rescheduling fee, which starts at $49. If you are not available at home during your agreed-upon delivery time frame, you will be charged the original delivery fee and an additional fee for a second delivery. However, if we need to reschedule your delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, power outages, or traffic problems, we will contact you to reschedule to the earliest available time. In such cases, no additional fees will be charged for the change.

Local Pick Up / Local Pick Up Or Delivery

Items marked Local Pick Up, or marked Local Pick Up Or Delivery are excluded from shipping and free shipping specials. Items marked Local Pick up can only be picked up in store. Please contact us to arrange pick up so that we can have everything ready when you arrive. Items marked Local Pick Up or Delivery can be delivered within 25 miles of zip code 46220.
